We were having an issue with our furnace. James was able to come out within a few hours and provided us with options for repair or replacement. Called Brackett late this morning due to furnace not working. We’ve used Brackett previously and have always been pleased including installation of our upstairs system. Vern and Drew did an excellent job on the install of my 26 kW Generac generator. Their attention to detail on the install and explanation of the generator and transfer switch functions was much appreciated. I highly recommend Bracket, Heating and Air if you're considering a generator for your home or business.

Our air conditioning unit went out and we called Beau to help us with some pricing and unit options and he was so helpful. Came right over that evening and the next day we had the whole unit replaced. Mark and Tyler were our technicians and they were amazing! Didn't take a break at all and were very professional.
